It is difficult to say when the Brahma Satya movement truly began. Looking back across the many unexpected turns of my life — the revelations, the trials, the moments when hidden aspects of my own existence surfaced — I can only feel that I was chosen long ago. Chosen quietly, without my awareness, prepared through experiences I did not yet understand.
For the world, Brahma Satya began on August 7th, 1997, at 3:30 a.m., in Durg, Chhattisgarh. But for me, it began in a moment of complete exhaustion — a night when my body, mind, and emotions had reached their limit. My life had become unbearably tight. Responsibilities piled upon me, and I found myself utterly alone, carrying pain that seemed too heavy for one person. Sleep had abandoned me for days. I was drained, restless, sweating, thirsty, and unable to find even a moment of peace.
That night, the 6th of August, felt no different from the others. I lay awake, hollow and fatigued, unable even to attempt sleep. My throat was dry, my body trembling with exhaustion, and I drifted into a blank, wakeful state — unaware of myself, unaware of the world.
And then it happened.
A voice — clear, unmistakable — spoke within me: “Now it is 3:30 a.m. The Brahma Muhurtam begins now.”
In that instant, a surge of heat exploded through my body. A powerful current of energy rushed within and around me. My body trembled so intensely that even the bed shook beneath me. Sweat poured out of me until the mattress was drenched. And then, in the darkness, a brilliant golden light burst forth — from within me, around me, everywhere. It expanded, widened, and embraced me completely before slowly merging into my being.
Another wave of heat rose. My body trembled harder. A radiant white globe of light descended into my head and enveloped my entire form. When it finally settled, I found myself in a state of pure bliss — untouched by the world, suspended in something sacred.
Then the voice returned.
It told me to record the experience. It told me this was a beginning. It said more would come. And then it declared:
“Aham Satyasmi. Aham Shabdasmi. Aham Brahmasmi.” I am the truth. I am the word. I am the universe.
It spoke of lotus and amrit, of righteousness and light, of nakshatras and the rising of Shiva–Shakti. It revealed concepts of existence and healing that I had never encountered before — profound, revolutionary, transformative. Before departing, it instructed me gently: “Practice what you have been shown. More guidance will come.”
I must have fallen into a trance after that. When I woke at 6:30 a.m., disbelief washed over me — until I saw the mattress still soaked with sweat. Something extraordinary had happened. Something irreversible. And when I began healing work later that day, the change was undeniable. My abilities had shifted dramatically. I knew then that the voice had spoken truth: a new beginning had indeed arrived.
The lessons continued. I was guided through new practices, step by step. I shared some concepts and empowerments with others, observing their experiences and learning from them as the system unfolded.
On August 14th, 1997, again at Brahma Muhurtam, the being who had been teaching me revealed his identity. I knew instantly, with absolute certainty, who my teacher was. I honor him as my Swami — my Master. He has given this system selflessly, with boundless love for all life. I do not reveal his name publicly, for it is not meant for debate or controversy. Those who can see beyond the translucent curtain will know. Those who cannot need not concern themselves.
Another profound experience came on September 11th, 1997. This time, bubbles of energy formed and flowed throughout my body. Bells — enormous, cosmic — rang within me, creating divine nadas. Pleasure and pain surged together, shaking my spine. And then the voice declared for the first time:
“This from now would be the Brahma Satya.”
“A voice awakened me; Brahma Satya awakened the world.”
“A moment of truth. A lifetime of service. Brahma Satya.”
